Terms of Service

What KinForm is

KinForm is a coaching software tool for personal trainers and the clients they invite. It helps manage programs, sessions, notes, and progress. It is not medical care, physical therapy, or emergency advice.

Accounts

• You must provide accurate account information and keep it current.
• You are responsible for activity under your login.
• Client accounts are invite-only. Clients join through a trainer's invite.
• Trainers must have a lawful basis to invite clients and process their coaching data.

Acceptable use

Do not use KinForm to:

• Break the law or store content you do not have rights to use
• Harass, spam, or abuse trainers, clients, or the platform
• Probe, overload, or disrupt the service or try to access data that is not yours
• Upload malware or attempt to reverse-engineer proprietary systems beyond what the law allows

Your content

You keep ownership of programs, notes, metrics, photos, and other content you add. You grant KinForm a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to provide and improve the service. Trainers decide what clients can see within the product's role model.

Health & coaching disclaimer

Training plans, session feedback, metrics, and any future AI suggestions are tools for coaching support - not diagnosis, treatment, or a substitute for licensed medical advice. Trainers and clients are responsible for safe practice and for deciding when to seek professional care.

Beta & availability

KinForm may change, pause features, or experience downtime. During early access, features can ship, shift, or retire as we learn. We work to keep things reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

Fees

Pricing, if any, will be stated in the product or a separate agreement. Free or beta access may end or convert to paid plans with notice.

Termination

You can stop using KinForm at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms or put the service or other users at risk. Contact hello@kinform.app for account deletion requests.

Disclaimer of warranties

KinForm is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, KinForm and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill arising from use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid us for KinForm in the 12 months before the claim (or zero if you have not paid).

Changes

We may update these terms. The “Last updated” date will change, and continued use after updates means you accept the revised terms when permitted by law.
